RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Field prospective sales inquiries
• Work with prospective and existing customers
• Assist company sales team
• Prepare sales quotes and sales orders
• Log sales cycle activity into the company CRM
• Continuously follow up on outstanding quotes and sales orders
• Perform duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 2 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required
• Proactive
• Team oriented
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Business Central a plus
• Bachelors degree a plus
