Tel Hai has a wonderful opportunity to join our Marketing team in this full-time position working 32 hours per week.

The Moving Resources Program Coordinator will work closely with wait list residents to deepen their Tel Hai connection and keep them engaged and interested in joining our community. This service-oriented role helps facilitate a smooth and timely transition to their new homes, and helps to reduce the anxiety and stress related to moving details. The Coordinator will have significant responsibility in wait list engagement and program support including responsibility for marketing event planning.


Moving Resources Program Coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Provides assistance to Marketing Team to ensure an efficient and smooth sales process.
  • Establishes a warm, collaborative relationship with the future residents, visiting them in their homes in order to determine what assistance they may need such as guidance on downsizing, floor plan options, furniture placement, etc.
  • Maintains notes of future resident visits and preferences and communicates these to other team members.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of wait list program and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Builds communication and engagement plan for Ready-Set-Go Program and works with Marketing Team to plan events.
  • Works with chosen realtors and future residents to suggest options to make the homes ready for sale and identifies selling/moving steps.
  • Provides tours of residences.
  • Institutes follow up and home visits as necessary with the resident to ensure that all home sale and moving issues have been resolved.
  • Establishes relationships with vetted vendors and moving related resources to share with future residents.
  • Collaborates with Renovations Team to keep Custom Design Center current to trends.

Requirements:


Moving Resources Program Coordinator qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred, but not required based upon prior experience.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Strong professional conversation etiquette in person and over the phone.
  • Experience in the real estate industry a plus.
  • Excellent public relations skills, good organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills, as well as relationship building skills required.
  • Must enjoy and have a demonstrated skill in working with an elderly population.
  • Ability to put people at ease, understand their concerns and find solutions.
  • Must work well under the pressure of various deadlines with a great deal of patience.
  • Must have current driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
