You will be in charge of creating and implementing pricing models to better forecast and manage revenue for multiple hotels in a specific territory. To keep our hotels competitive, you will need to analyze and assess competition pricing and operational strategies, as well as stay informed on market trends. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant revenue management or hotel operations experience.   • Configure forecast estimates and pace reports for each property under your supervision
  • Increase hotel revenue by establishing revenue management goals and using innovative revenue management strategies to keep profitable hotel rates
  • Hold regular yield management meetings to evaluate past revenue performance and set strategies for future weeks
  • Monitor the pricing and availability of competitors, as well as evaluate their operational strategies
  • Conduct comparative market analyses and confirm corporate, group, and negotiated rates with hotels
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in revenue management or hotel operations role, preferably overseeing multiple properties
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
  • Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software is necessary
  • Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of previous work in hospitality
