KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Training Program Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, compliance, and customer service.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and other educational content.
  • Policy & Procedures: Ensure all sales and operations procedures are current and oversee updates and implementation of revisions. Ensure that new processes, procedures, and systems are implemented effectively and integrated into operations successfully.
  • Technology: Have a working knowledge of property management technologies and provide insight into existing and new technologies. Develops appropriate training to support implementation of software products and programs.
  • Facilitation: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, innovations in training methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the training programs.
  • Leadership: Providing guidance and professional development recommendations to department heads and onsite team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the property management or real estate industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar are a plus.
