Job Description: This is a sales position We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate with a passion for sales and a background in the medical spa industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, cold calling, patient scheduling, POS, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Patient Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend treatments, and close sales. Demonstrate a passion for sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle phone calls, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate patient information and follow-up details.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and schedule consultations.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa or a similar setting.

- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
