The office member will schedule appointments based on location of customers and technicians, update customers and technicians during the day and ensure all scheduled service calls are running smoothly.

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Scheduling/Dispatching Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Appointment scheduling using a dispatching software
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Supports technicians and other office staff to efficiently assist our customers
  • Ensures that all calls are handled in a timely, courteous manner
