WHO OUR CLIENT IS:
Search Solution Group is seeking an ideal candidate to join this industry leading filtration manufacturer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Customer Service Representative has the following roles and responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to internal and external customer requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Handle customer inquiries for materials and customer master data
- Troubleshoot problems, internal and external and maintain departmental records
- Communicate customer complaints to quality managers at respective plants
- Process customer master data for Reporting program
- Communicate with all division personnel as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Prepare, generate, and distribute reports as needed
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Additional Skills:
- Customer Service or related experience a plus
- Keyboard skill and accuracy (8,000 KPH and 60 WPM)
- Knowledge of SAP, and Quality Systems helpful (or ability to learn quickly)
- Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet skills necessary.
- Possess good problem solving, analytical and time management skills
- Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment (copiers, printers, digital senders, and fax)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to define and set goals and to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work productively with all levels of company personnel
