Position Summary:
The Support Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and provision of services, care and leadership across various shifts throughout the Supported Living Division. The role is to supplement and support the work of the Program Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Autism and Mental Health Technicians. In this floating position, the Support Supervisor meets the varied needs that arise for the division and is a dedicated resource to floor, at times inclusive of direct coverage. Further, the Support Supervisor is responsible for the management of successful shifts throughout the division, supporting and training exceptional staff, and providing necessary resources to deliver individual, programmatic and clinical services firmly rooted in applied behavior analysis and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide direct service and coordination of supports, interventions and provision of individual safety and well-being in the supported living home. Coordinate service provision by the Autism & Mental Health Technicians.
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the division and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination of employees.
  • Through collaboration with the clinical coordination team, provide and coordinate direct clinical activities and services indicated within ISPs, BSPs, assessment, intervention, data collection and aspects of delegated nursing that do not fall squarely on trained and licensed professionals.
  • Provide in-vivo education, training and modeling to staff in prescriptive plans and best practices in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders including, but not limited to, daily living skills, self-care, communication, social skill development and opportunities for leisure activities that are based within ISP goals and objectives in accordance with evidenced-based practices.
  • Assist and support staff in the care of individuals, which includes using restroom, care of sick individuals, assisting with meals, management of clothes, and assisting during transition, etc.
  • Shared oversight of floor/shift management and coverage with Shift Supervisors, and Program Managers.
  • Perform certified medication pass and participate in med closet and Medication Administration Record (MAR) upkeep.
Schedule Options:
  • 10 hour shifts -  4pm - 2am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • 12 hour shifts - 4pm - 4am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay:  starts at $24 per hour

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, Registered Behavior Technician, or Ohio Licensed Teacher preferred.
