About the Job
Foxconn WI group is now looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Milwaukee office. The individual will be working with one of our current assistants under the executive team providing clerical support for company leaders and potentially other team members.

Job Responsibilities
· Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for the committee, board, and other meetings.
· Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
· Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
· Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
· Interpret and manage the administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
· Generate weekly/monthly office reports.
Education and Experience
· A bachelor’s degree is required for this position, preferred in Business, Communications, or a similar field.
· Experience working as an executive assistant / administrative assistant is a plus.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
· Must possess a proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
· Experience in coordinating projects.
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
· Strong attention to detail, and interpersonal, and communication skills are needed.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are needed.
· Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedules for management.
· Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
