Executive Assistant
Are you a self-starter with experience supporting executive leadership and seeking an opportunity to work within a role in a dynamic professional office?
Goodwill TalentBridge is recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to leadership within our client’s organization, an established commercial development firm located within Milwaukee County. This onsite role offers a modern, well-appointed office setting, variety in work, and fast-paced, constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have five plus years of executive support experience, possess exceptional communication skills and will be highly organized and detail oriented. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
Essential Duties:
- Act as point of contact for administrative concerns, interface with leadership, clients and internal associates
- Ensure consistent, timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders
- Complete assigned work and projects with efficiency and accuracy in a timely manner
- Scheduling and planning meetings and events within executive calendar, adapting to conflicts and having an understanding of priorities
- Respond to and anticipate matters and concerns in a timely manner, using sound judgement to assess urgency
- Read, research and route correspondence and communication
- Draft correspondence including email, letters, memos and other documentation
- File maintenance
- Create action items list with prioritization and manage workflow
- Prepare presentations, documentation and meeting materials, experience with Powerpoint and other presentation resources helpful
- Prepare a variety of reporting and documentation
- Additional support services as required and assigned
Requirements:
- 5 years+ of professional executive administrative assistant experience within a professional office setting
- Knowledge of professional office best practices and procedures
- Business writing/composition and proofreading experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
- Ability to establish organizational procedures and priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrable organizational ability, maintaining documentation
- Experience working with highly confidential documentation & information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
