We have experienced rapid vertical and horizontal expansion over the past decade. To further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our company.

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist with an interest in learning PR to join the team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness, reputation, and driving revenue success through creative marketing initiatives.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate office: 11 E 44th St, 6th Fl, New York, NY 10017.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing  social media and PR strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support the execution of a social media calendar for our brands, including Tea Around Town, TopView, Event Cruises NYC, and more.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Assist in managing a robust influencer program to bring awareness, build a community, and drive conversion and revenue.
  • Assist with building and maintaining relationships with journalists and bloggers to secure media coverage.
  • Coordinate influencer, PR, pop up, and other marketing events.
  • Maintain a positive brand presence on social media and drive engagement.  
  • Partner with our full function in-house content production team to generate top notch content.
  • Partner with product and other marketing teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Report and analyze performance of social media channels.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing in a professional setting, in house experience highly preferred
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Experience in public relations is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and ROI through social media and PR
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and process data to find insight, identify opportunities and track results. 
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen and revenue orientation
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with superior quality standards
  • Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role
