Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's technology vision and strategy.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of the company, including software development, infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, including developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and identify emerging technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.
  • Manage technology budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Establish and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the company's technology infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
