Educational Requirements:

  • Certifications in innovation management, Agile, or relevant emerging technologies are a plus. If you’ve published thought leadership pieces or spoken at tech conferences, we’d love to hear about it.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on innovation, emerging technologies, or digital transformation. You’ve been at the forefront of technology and have the successes to show for it.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation and technology strategies in fast-paced industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments, with a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to meet diverse market needs.
