Your role as a Human Resources / Payroll SpecialistAs a new Human Resources / Payroll Specialist at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you will dive into a dynamic role that involves handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing payroll functions accurately and efficiently, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to support staff with HR-related inquiries, maintain employee records and confidential information, and assist with HR projects as needed. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you address payroll discrepancies, assist in benefits administration, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
