Founded in 1971, Colorado Springs Christian Schools (CSCS) is one of Colorado's leading Christian educational schools for grades K-12. Your role as a Human Resources / Payroll Specialist

As a new Human Resources / Payroll Specialist at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you will dive into a dynamic role that involves handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing payroll functions accurately and efficiently, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to support staff with HR-related inquiries, maintain employee records and confidential information, and assist with HR projects as needed. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you address payroll discrepancies, assist in benefits administration, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Human Resources / Payroll Specialist at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you should possess strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you interact with staff and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail is key in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
