DUTIES: Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain candidate databases and manage correspondence. General Administrative Support:Manage company correspondence and documentation. Schedule meetings, and company events. Coordinate employee events and meeting offsites, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation. Support administration of the company reward & recognition program Assist company’s Employee Resource Groups with staff communications and event support. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Benefits Administration:Assist the benefits team with benefits administration, enrollment and supporting employee questions. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding benefits. Employee Records and HRIS Management:Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential. Generate reports from the HRIS as needed. Compliance and Policy Administration:Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated to employees. Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Help prepare and submit necessary compliance documentation. Performance Management:Support the performance review process by tracking deadlines, sending reminders, and collecting completed evaluations. Assist in the administration of employee development programs and training initiatives. HR Projects and Initiatives:Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience. Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and strategies. REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position. A passion for recruitment with and interest in expanding to other areas of HR Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
