BASE SALARY + COMMISSION

Do you have previous sales experience and want a new, high-paying career in Roofing Sales? No roofing industry experience required

Be your own boss while developing your self-discipline.

This is NOT a desk job. You will be working outside providing thorough inspections and estimates clients.

Self-generating leads through prospecting and networking relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have previous sales or construction experience.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
  • Must have a positive, winning attitude.
  • Must be a hardworking self-starter with great time management skills.
  • Responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish; including inspecting properties, prospecting, estimating, and closing sales.
  • Consistently learning and training in industry sales skills, trades products, and installation techniques.
  • Create and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients with a wide range of follow-up techniques and updating calendar reminders and appointments.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy tools, and materials, climb ladders, and work on roofs.
  • Sales and prospecting performance should be monitored and reported on. Effectively using all applications and software for all sales activities.
  • Execute tasks with transparency and respect to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect new business opportunities with networks, agents, and realtors.
  • Continuing to sharpen sales skills by using training program videos and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant product codes and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with CRM, co-workers, and clients.
