The Landscape Sales Representative position is a critical component to growing our all-star team and delivering a first-rate employee experience. We are looking for a motivated individual with high accountability and excellent communication and collaboration skills who will lead our clients and potential clients through our proven process.  This individual should have the ability to visualize solutions and potential on sites and communicate the vision.


This position is based in Indiana, PA and will come with a salary plus commission and benefits including healthcare coverage, IRA, and PTO.


The Landscape Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Performing consultations with prospective clients and guiding them through the sales process
  • Measuring and preparing site plans
  • Communicating visions and measurements to the design team
  • Preparing project estimates and presenting to clients
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and quality assurance
  • Engaging in problem-solving and developing solutions
  • Strategizing to continually improve client experience while achieving sales targets


Requirements for Landscape Sales Representative:

  • Associate degree or equivalent educational experience (degree in Landscape Contracting or similar preferred)
  • 3 or more years of sales experience
  • Strong background in hardscape design and firm understanding of installation practices
  • Knowledge of horticulture and specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in landscape design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
