Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

· Client Acquisition: Identify and target business to business clients with strategic growth potential.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

· Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.

· Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.

· Presentation: Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.

· Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

· Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

· Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales and revenue generation.

· Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
