Entry Level Sales: Renewal By Andersen / Kaizen

We are seeking a highly motivated, Sales Professionals to join our growing team Representing Renewal by Andersen, a full-service window-replacement division of the 120-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America. RbA was founded with a mission to redefine the industry and to offer a different—and better—window-replacement experience. Our team brings their brand directly to homeowners throughout the Greater Indianapolis area.

We are seeking dependable, professional and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting. Training will be provided, but must be a “people person” and highly motivated, friendly and coachable. While a background in marketing or sales is an asset, it is not required.

THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing

Learn and own the direct marketing side of our company.

Work directly with new and potential customers providing top tier customer service.

Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in residential campaigning in assigned territory.

Work independently, always representing our team with the utmost degree of professionalism.

Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.

Report to our office for training at least once a month.

Requirements

THE PERSON – What you’ll bring

Experience in sales or canvassing preferred, but willing to train

Attention to detail

Positive attitude through rejection

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Multitasking skills

Must have reliable transportation and be local to the area
