proof. Pest Control is looking for a Region Director for our West Side Region, covering the following states: AZ, UT, CO, and NV. (Currently five branches). Must reside in one of these locations.

We are looking for a Regional Director to oversee our business operations in an assigned region. The Regional Director will lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As a Regional Director, your duties also include guiding Branch Managers in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

To be successful as a Regional Director, you should be able to lead and manage 10+ people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch Regional Director should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
