THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Special Projects Manager to take the helm of our ongoing meter swap projects and spearhead our upcoming special project initiatives. This pivotal role demands a professional with a robust background in project management, who can seamlessly navigate the complexities of these critical projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project success through meticulous planning, execution, and oversight, ensuring that all objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. They will be adept at fostering collaboration and communication across various departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges, devise innovative solutions, and maintain a steadfast commitment to quality and excellence in every aspect of project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

· Project Management: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of meter swaps, inverter swap projects and other special projects.

· Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.

· Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

· Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

· Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, even if not specifically listed above, to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM, Power BI and project management software.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite…Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· PMP or Project Management Certification is preferred.

· Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to proactively communicate issues, status.

· Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong commitment to safety and quality.

EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience is required.
