Responsibilities

Front Desk Coordination: Welcome and assist guests, direct phone calls, and manage communications between prospects, clients and fellow team members.

Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients, addressing inquiries initially by forwarding them to the appropriate team member (and eventually on your own), resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are effectively met.

Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Client Relations: Build positive relationships with clients, listen to their needs, and communicate effectively to enhance their overall experience.

Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.


Requirements

Customer Focus: A commitment to being in the office on time and for full days. A genuine desire to help others and provide the best customer service possible.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Bilingual is a plus

During busy season: Must be able to manage 30 phone calls a day, minimum

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Team Player: Work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and are able to handle multiple tasks from team members.

Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office 365 and internet communications.
