Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
  • Actively sell and promote various insurance policies, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health0 plus Financial Services to both individual and business clients.
  • Guide clients through different insurance coverage options and assist with policy renewals and changes.
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop and achieve marketing goals.
  • Utilize leads effectively, schedule appointments, and provide personalized solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Current Illinois State insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) are required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency in sales administration and customer service.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.
