Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Relation Insurance Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients, understanding their core business needs and goals.
• Manage client expectations, service commitments, and anticipate their needs to ensure seamless account management.
• Analyze commercial lines accounts, making informed decisions based on individual risk characteristics, exposure analysis, and hazard recognition.
• Work with larger and complex accounts, assisting clients with the strategic design of insurance plans and binding coverage as needed.
• Strategically remarket renewals to ensure high account retention and prepare proposals for clients.
• Provide service to current and new clients, educating them on policy coverage and changes in an automated environment.
• Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims and review audits of policies for accuracy.
• Review cancellations and determine reasons for cancellation requests, attempting to save accounts while maintaining the agency's financial equity.

Requirements

• A Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
• A college degree is preferred, with 10 years of experience in the insurance industry required.
• CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations are a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are necessary.
• A valid driver's license, ability to travel to client sites, and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
