Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Make decisive decisions and take action to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the branch.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Manage scheduling to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance performance and development.

Qualifications:

  • High level of assertiveness, drive, and determination to achieve results.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving performance and engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others effectively.
  • Must have Clean/Valid DL
  • Must pass background and drug screen

$80,000 + annual and quarterly performance bonuses

Your success in this role will be evaluated based on your ability to:

  • Guide, oversee, and ensure accountability
  • Manage the branch’s financial performance
  • Execute and adhere to established procedures
  • Cultivate and sustain a positive work environment & healthy culture
  • Optimize schedules to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Uphold standards while delivering outstanding customer service

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday - Friday + Saturdays as needed
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight when needed
