Our community is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support our operations.

Kitchen Steward Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes dishwashing equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, and cooking tools.
  • Ensures a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in food service areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing equipment.
  • Responsible for cleaning production equipment as directed by management.
  • Maintains or exceeds hygiene, cleanliness, and health standards.
  • Adheres to established daily and weekly cleaning protocols.
  • Follows all safety and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Documents compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists with the receipt of food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
