Your role as a Director of Culinary Services

As the Director of Culinary Services at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining services department. Requirements for this Director of Culinary Services job
  • To excel as the Director of Culinary Services at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you must hold a Certified Dining Services Manager designation and ideally possess a bachelor's degree in a culinary arts program.
  • A food safety Manager's certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, you must demonstrate clear communication, menu planning, inventory management, ordering proficiency, basic computer literacy, and strong leadership skills.
