Job Summary:As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a varied portfolio of commercial clients, including Property, Lessors Risk, Trucking, Construction, Armed Security, Architect Firms, and Condo Associations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance landscape. You will work closely with our marketing team, underwriters, and clients to ensure that all insurance needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
- Account Management: Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently, ensuring all client interactions are documented, and policies are up-to-date.
- Client Support: Assist clients with policy coverage inquiries, claims processes, and provide expert advice on insurance matters. Work closely with underwriters to secure optimal coverage options, balancing client needs with risk management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Licensure: 220 Insurance License is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial lines, particularly in the areas of Property, Lessors Risk, Trucking, Construction, Armed Security, Architect Firms, and Condo Associations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Work Schedule: Able to work in the office Monday to Friday, with the option to start between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
