Position Details:

Objective:

The role involves executing various financial tasks in accordance with company policies, which includes documenting essential transactions, generating financial statements, and conducting basic reconciliations of accounts and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and produce a variety of daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports or statements.
  • Document routine financial transactions.
  • Implement necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Conduct basic reconciliations of accounts and banks.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff on financial tasks such as cash handling and accounts payable.
  • Provide monthly financial trial balances to the relevant departments.
  • Engage with colleagues to address accounting inquiries or resolve discrepancies.
  • Administer payroll processes for multiple locations.
  • Handle administrative duties related to Human Resources or personnel management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in a bookkeeping or administrative role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Proficient in standard office applications such as Microsoft Office and internet tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred degree in Accounting or Finance.
