Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of transportation coordinators and drivers responsible for transporting passengers.
  • Coordinate crew transportation schedules to ensure on-time arrival and departure for flights.
  • Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transportation activities.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to transportation promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with your clients to address their transportation needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as scheduling and operations, to coordinate transportation logistics.
  • Monitor transportation performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance service quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for transportation team members on safety procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements:


  • 3+ years of similar experience.
  • Proven experience in transportation management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, airport operations, and crew scheduling procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software and Google Workspace.
  • Have open availability.
