Job Overview
The Office Assistant will report to the CEO. Duties are to ensure all assigned tasks are to be completed in a timely manner (i.e. making copies, filing documents). The ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents is required. Some projects utilizing database searches as needed.

Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time while making multiple copies of training manuals and filing documents.

Things you need to be able to do:

  • Ability to communicate effectively when assigned a project.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • Performing multiple tasks with speed, as well as accuracy, are needed.
  • Microsoft and Excel skills required

This is a on-site, part-time position with flexible hours located in our Lake Success, NY office. Only candidates within a commutable distance to our office will be considered since the position requires tasks that involve copying and filing documents. High School and College students are welcome to apply.
