Community Watch Solutions LLC provides professional security officers and patrol services for high-end gated communities and golf course communities. We are looking for an experienced Security Dispatcher to provide administrative and Field support to ensure efficient operation of the corporate office. Looking for a motivated, self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for administering security contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This position will act as a liaison with the client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change, management, and leadership development processes. Role Responsibilities:

· Maximizing customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Responsible for ensuring that officers meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.

· Perform operations related functions to include scheduling, overtime management, review of daily logs and incident reports, time keeping records, training and development of staff;

· Providing immediate response to emergencies and issues that arise

· Prepare required weekly, bi-weekly and monthly manager reports.

· Monitor and develop staff performance to include supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, training scheduling, callouts, and assigning work.

· Ensuring that each site is fully staffed with trained, equipped and motivated personnel.

· Your direct reports will be Site Supervisors.

· Work directly under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous professional experience in the security industry is a definite asset, with experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to need business demands.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,600 per year
