About the Role:
As a Customer Care Consultant in our call center environment, you’ll be the voice of our brand, providing an outstanding experience for our customers. This role is based in our Bradenton office, where you will:
- Deliver top-notch customer service with empathy and respect.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, requiring adept multitasking and quick problem-solving.
- Utilize your computer and typing skills to manage customer inquiries and data efficiently.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computers and typing, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and data.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and may be rewarded with salary differentials.
