What You Would Do

  • Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well
  • Lead and develop a team of construction Foreman, Co-Foreman and Installers
  • Review production back log and plan projects to maximize crew capacity
  • Develop and execute coaching and training plans for the department
  • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company
  • Report KPI’s to team
  • Provide our team with a great place to work

What We Need for this Role

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Prior scheduling experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals in a service industry
  • Ability to hold themselves and a team accountable
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to see the big picture while having a high attention to every detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
