What You’ll Do

  • Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates; review resumes, pre-screen candidates and drive the interview process from end to end
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Build collaborative partnerships with internal leaders to understand and prioritize staffing and talent needs and specific position requirements
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of candidate communications, offer letters, assessments, internal prospects, and reports
  • Monitor candidate pipelines, research roadblocks or problems, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Help create and define job descriptions and postings with respect to the company’s need and to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and candidates are assessed against desired criteria for the role
  • Engage in proactive sourcing/pipelining and successful identification of top talent for open requisitions and facilitate prioritization of talent needs
  • Conducts thorough pre-screens, administer candidate assessments, and collect interview feedback
  • Work with HR partners and Hiring Manager partners to ensure that jobs are accurately documented, classified and priced at market rate
  • Help with ongoing training for managers on Paylocity recruiting system including conducting hiring manager training if required
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows within the Paylocity system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and legal requirements including selection documentation related to open positions as required
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the company’s recruiting strategy


Requirements:

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition with ability to hire onsite and remote employees at various levels within the organization
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing, screening, and presenting talent to internal clients
  • Experience presenting market insights, metrics, and data to influence recruiting strategy and hiring decisions
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to prioritize and shepherd multiple projects in parallel with stellar attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
