How will you build your business? You will…

  • Establish networks and cultivate referrals to generate a steady stream of candidates
  • Engage in front-line recruiting of Financial Professionals
  • Develop and grow a production unit
  • Coach, mentor and supervise new FSRs
  • Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates

  • A leader, coach, and mentor with a track record of successful sales management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 3 or more years of sales management experience in financial services
  • Proven track record of building and developing sales teams
  • Life, Accident & Health licensed
  • Series 7 & 66 (24 a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the sales process, insurance concepts, investment solutions and planning
