ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Answer phones, respond to questions, comments, emails of potential and current tenants.

· Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail

· Inspect models and vacant units, communicate related service needs to Property Manager/Building Operations Manager.

· Complete renewal leases for distribution, inspect that they are returned complete and after they are signed by property manager: scan, and file.

· Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.

· Fully informed of current rental rates.

· Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.

· Maintain prospect management and engagement to include processing rental applications and status updates.

· Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.

· Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION / WORK REQUIREMENTS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Leasing documents. Ability to write reports, effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to use discretion and exhibit high level of confidentiality.

EVALUATION METHODOLOGIES:

This position will be evaluated based on the employee’s ability to prioritize, time management skills and flexibility. In addition, the employee’s performance will be measured and evaluated according to the standardized tool used for all employees providing service to internal and external customers and incorporating Company’s policies and procedures.

SCHEDULE:

Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm & Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am to 5pm with a 30-minute meal break per shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week

Work Location: In person
