Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our southeast Atlanta area operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the facility services and property maintenance industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of field workers and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business, including marketing, networking, and building partnerships.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze profit margins and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Project Management: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safety-first culture among staff.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all services provided.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or construction management.
  • 5+ years of management experience within the construction, maintenance, facility management, or industrial services industries.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new customers and increase revenue by building strong market relationships and a passion to wow the customer.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance, parking lot striping, and parking lot maintenance practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
