We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR, Payroll, and Inventory Specialist to join our integrative medical wellness office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare or wellness environment and possess strong analytical and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and staff training initiatives.


Payroll:

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage employee timekeeping, including tracking hours worked, leave requests, and overtime calculations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and year-end tax documents (W-2s, 1099s).
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory control, including the monitoring of supplies and equipment for the office.
  • Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and replenishment of medical and office supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll processing, and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
