Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and staff training initiatives.
Payroll:
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage employee timekeeping, including tracking hours worked, leave requests, and overtime calculations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and year-end tax documents (W-2s, 1099s).
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, including the monitoring of supplies and equipment for the office.
- Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and replenishment of medical and office supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll processing, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
