You will ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time, including all deductions, bonuses, overtime, and adjustments. You will also maintain accurate payroll records, including employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and tax information. Additionally, you will ensure employee payroll data is up to date in the payroll system.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payrolls for all employees.
  • Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Ensure employee payroll data is up to date in the payroll system.
  • Onboard new or transferring employees.
  • Ensure payroll complies with federal, state, and local tax laws, labor laws, and any industry-specific regulations.
  • Assist in audits by providing payroll data and documentation as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
