As a Residential Services Specialist at Kustom, you will be equipped with Matterport technology, a user-friendly tool that allows for the easy capture of detailed 3D models of disaster-impacted properties. Matterport simplifies the process of visually documenting damages, creating an interactive 3D view that aids in assessing and planning restoration efforts. This role combines the executing of the scanning process, as created and managed by Kustom’s Operational Excellence Team, with a pivotal sales component to engage prospects and secure authorizations for reconstruction services. Every scan and prospect engagement is an opportunity to earn, thanks to our unlimited commission plan, making this position a launching pad for a lucrative sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Scanning:
    • Utilize Matterport, a straightforward and efficient tool, to scan disaster-affected properties, producing interactive 3D models that adheres to the standards of Kustom’s Operational Excellence Team.
    • Capture comprehensive photos to provide a detailed visual account of the damage, to allow an estimator to create an accurate estimate for the reconstruction of the property.
  2. Prospect Engagement and Sales:
    • Initiate and nurture engagements with prospects, articulating Kustom’s restoration services with professionalism and persuasiveness.
    • Employ effective sales strategies to encourage prospects to utilize Kustom’s restoration services, with the objective of obtaining signed Authorizations to Proceed during the initial visit.
  3. Service Knowledge:
    • Be well-versed in all residential services that Kustom offers, tailoring communication to highlight the services that align with individual prospects’ needs and circumstances.
    • Respond to inquiries and concerns with informed and reassuring answers, emphasizing Kustom’s dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Skills and Abilities:
    • Expertise in Matterport for precise property scanning, aligning with Kustom’s stringent quality expectations.
    • Stellar sales and communication skills to effectively engage, inform, and secure commitments from prospects.
  2. Competencies:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Kustom’s service offerings to facilitate tailored, persuasive communications with prospects.
    • Proficiency in transitioning prospect engagements into signed commitments rapidly, prioritizing the acquisition of Authorization to Proceed signatures during the first engagement.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Ability to perform all office activities typically expected in an office setting, including:
    • Remaining seated for extended periods.
    • Engaging in computer work.
    • Participating in filing tasks.
    • Lifting and carrying office supplies (up to 25 pounds).
  • Regularly required to talk and hear while performing job duties.
  • Fine hand manipulation skills (such as keyboarding).
  • Exposure to general office conditions during work.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
