Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Comfort First Heating & Cooling. As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain heating and cooling systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
  • Work with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as NATE or EPA certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems.
