Job Objective:
FX is seeking reliable, self-motivated experienced sales account manager to maintain existing client relationships and develop new accounts to build on company market share. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. We are looking for someone who learns quickly and works well with other people as a team.
Job Duties:
Actively manage in-house accounts and build new business relationships.
Utilize ERP management, 20/20 design software and e-commerce platform to provide clients with product and service solutions.
Follow up with potential sales leads, including inactive accounts, to foster new business opportunities.
Combine your sales experience with our product offerings to provide exceptional customer service.
Consistently following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with clients.
Understand stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.
Kitchen and bath cabinetry experience is preferred.
General proficiency with computers.
Knowledge of 20/20 design software or e-commerce platform is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills are a must.
Multilingual preferred Chinese, Cantonese and Spanish.
Construction experience.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
