Kitchen and Bath Product Specialist

Cabinets To Go is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet Sales and Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and inventory control in our retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control and maintain a neat and clean showroom and warehouse.
- Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using computer-aided drafting software.
- Manage the loading or offloading of product.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cabinet sales and design or minimum of 5 years sales experience plus managerial experience in similar construction/home improvement retail environment.
- 1-3 years direct Sales Management experience preferred, preferably in a commission-based and/or goal-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.
- Capability of Inventory Control.
- Experience working in a retail setting.
