We are seeking at VP of Special Projects to oversee multiple fast-moving projects. As a VP of Special Projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects, managing financials, coordinating labor, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with customers, vendors and subcontractors. This position requires exceptional written and oral communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex technical documents. You must be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once, while keeping a level head and responding to changes as necessary. The Project Manager will represent the image of the company and shall take the opportunity to exude a high level of professionalism and expertise daily.

  • Provide construction management functions with ongoing infrastructure improvement projects
  • Work with consultants and Company resources to ensure designs are consistent with objectives and compliant with local, state and federal requirements
  • Work with facilities to identify projects that provide necessary investment returns to advance Crystal-Clean investment objectives
  • Mentor staff on the development of growth projects that provide defined Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Establish metrics to ensure efficient use of capital and associated project execution
  • Develop construction schedules and track progress
  • Facilitate the flow of information and oversee project development from initial vetted sales opportunity through estimating and/or engineering.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
