Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Work with customers to verify all information on the PO is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies.
  • Check orders for accuracy, including pricing, production, and shipping details
  • Enter order updates and corrections into our system
  • Send orders to production and vendors with complete information and artwork
  • Providing freight estimates and coordinating shipments with our freight consolidators for large orders.
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Evaluate and coordinate artwork with our art and production team
  • Send out payment requests and order acknowledgments in a timely manner
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as required

Requirements and Skills

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Call Center Account Rep at least one year preferred
  • Order entry at least one year preferred
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Adobe Illustrator or graphics software experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organization skills; must be able to handle several projects at a time.
