Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Work with customers to verify all information on the PO is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies.
- Check orders for accuracy, including pricing, production, and shipping details
- Enter order updates and corrections into our system
- Send orders to production and vendors with complete information and artwork
- Providing freight estimates and coordinating shipments with our freight consolidators for large orders.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email
- Evaluate and coordinate artwork with our art and production team
- Send out payment requests and order acknowledgments in a timely manner
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required
Requirements and Skills
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Call Center Account Rep at least one year preferred
- Order entry at least one year preferred
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Adobe Illustrator or graphics software experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organization skills; must be able to handle several projects at a time.
