Our office isn't for the faint of heart. This is a very fast-paced role, you'll be the quarterback for our clients' P&C needs, ensuring they have the right coverage and exceptional service.

Applicants we are seeking:
  • Must have a Florida Property Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44 or 4-40)
  • Must have a min of 2 years working inside of an insurance agency. Prefer 3 to 5 years working in a Florida Agency.
  • Must live in the Jacksonville, Florida area
  • Special consideration to those with Allstate experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Recommend Coverages clients should consider
  • Help customers understand their insurance policies
  • Review existing policies at renewal and re-market customers to new companies as necessary
  • Sell, service, and explain personal lines insurance policies including home, renters, auto, motorcycle, boat, umbrella, and jewelry insurance.
  • Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and on paper
  • Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically
  • Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling
  • Have a customer centric attitude. We appreciate our clients and treat them with the utmost respect and offer the highest quality service in the area.
Professional and Personal Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and a calculator
  • Type quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
  • Experience with Hawksoft and Agency Zoom a plus
