Role and Responsibility


Activate and manage text and email campaigns to identify prospects interested in moving forward with Window World
Engage conversations to help close sales
Work with management and sales team to improve company closing percentage
Maintain a well-organized professional workspace
Maintain working knowledge of Window World products and services
Accurately create and update customer information and include notes in CRM
Set in-home appointments from showroom visitors
