Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Sales Representative to join our team in Youngstown, OH. As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to regularly call on healthcare professionals within a specific geographic area, supporting the promotional efforts behind Allergan products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and distribute FDA-regulated sample products to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the product line to be a reliable source of information to healthcare professionals in the territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts at all levels.
  • Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs.
  • Computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screen investigations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, patients, etc.
  • Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time temporary position with a high level of autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
