Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
Support staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance
Managing inventory of office supplies and field supplies and/or equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Support the office manager in various administrative tasks

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, taking initiative, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is expected.
